The Power + Presence 90‑Day Authority Intensive is a high‑touch, one‑on‑one coaching experience for women who are done being the best‑kept secret and ready to be treated like the leader they already are. You’re not here for more “mindset tips.” You’re here for a strategy, a partner, and results.  ​

Every other week, we meet for 60 minutes to work your real‑world strategy: the conversations you’re having, the rooms you’re in, what landed, what didn’t, and what’s next. In between, brief check‑ins keep you calibrated so nothing stalls and nothing quietly erodes your momentum.

What We Build Over 90 Days

Phase 1 – Clarity & Authority (Sessions 1–2)
We map your career reality, name your Authority Gaps, and define the leader you’re becoming. You’ll walk away with a clear Authority Story and the language to speak as her now—not “someday.”  

Phase 2 – Evidence & High-Stakes Conversations (Sessions 3–4)
We turn your work into numbers that speak for you and build ABC scripts for your critical conversations—promotion asks, scope negotiations, high‑stakes meetings. You’ll test them in real rooms, with support at your back.  

Phase 3 – Visibility & Decision (Sessions 5–6)
We fix your visibility leaks, design a practical 90‑day visibility plan, and use your receipts to decide: stay and rise here, or go and build it elsewhere. Either way, you’re not guessing—you’re deciding from data.  

Phase 4 – Momentum & Next Moves (Session 7)
We lock in your next 90‑day execution map so you don’t slide back into “best‑kept secret” mode. You leave with a clear plan, VP‑level conversations on record, and practices that keep your authority active.  ​
