The Power + Presence: International Women’s Month Strategic Visibility Intensive is a 7‑week, 4‑session 1:1 coaching experience designed to turn your insights into real conversations, real recognition, and real movement in your career—before you talk yourself into staying the fixer.

What We Work On Together

In the Strategic Visibility Intensive, we build a concrete 7‑week visibility plan around three critical relationships:

• Your manager – the person whose perception of you controls your opportunities.

• Your key ally or sponsor – the influential leader who doesn’t fully grasp your value yet.

• The senior leader still forming their impression of you – the person whose opinion is not set.

Together, we:

• Use GROW to clarify what you want next and where you’re currently stuck.

• Refine your ABC Framework (Anchor, Bridge, Claim & Close) specifically for your role, org, and voice.  

• Identify what each decision‑maker is accountable for, what they fear, and what “wins” look like for them.

• Script and rehearse the three exact conversations you need to have in the next 90 days.

• Equip you to handle interruptions, credit theft, and being talked over—without shrinking or burning bridges.

Over 7 weeks, you’ll receive:

• Four 60‑minute 1:1 coaching sessions (bi‑weekly)

  • Session 1: GROW Diagnostic – your goals, your reality, your three key relationships, and what’s in the way.

  • Session 2: Bridge to ROI – connecting your work directly to what each decision‑maker values most.

  • Session 3: Claim & Close – your critical conversations scripted and practiced before you take them into the room.

  • Session 4: Integration & Power Moves – debrief what happened in your real conversations, tighten your language, and lock in your 90‑day plan so this shift sticks.

  You’re not waiting—you’re implementing. You’ll take your Anchor, Bridge, and Claim & Close into real workplace conversations and bring back what happened. Each session builds on what you actually experienced, not just what we planned.

• Light‑touch support between sessions
  If something comes up—a high‑stakes meeting, an unexpected conversation, a moment where you need a quick gut‑check—you can reach out for a brief email or text check‑in so you’re not navigating alone.

• Customized scripts and prompts

  • Claim & Close language to end conversations with clarity, ownership, and next steps.
