The Power + Presence: International Women’s Month Strategic Visibility Intensive is a 7-week, 4‑session 1:1 coaching experience for high‑achieving women who are done being the behind‑the‑scenes fixer and ready to be seen as the strategic leader they already are.

Across four private 60‑minute sessions in weeks 1, 3, 5, and 7, with implementation weeks, you will:

• Apply your GROW work and the ABC Framework directly to three critical relationships: your manager, your key ally or sponsor, and a senior leader still forming their impression of you.  

• Translate your work into clear business impact so decision‑makers connect you with revenue, risk, and results—not just “getting things done.”  ​

• Script and rehearse the high‑stakes conversations you need in the next 90 days so you stop winging it in the room.

• Debrief what actually happens, refine your language, and lock in a focused 90‑day visibility plan that sticks.
